TACK MOVE IN CAN BEGIN AT 8AM, JULY 3rd
THERE WILL NOT BE ANY SENIOR FAIR BOARD OR POLICE PRESENCE UNTIL ANIMAL MOVE IN AT 5PM ON FRIDAY JULY 4TH. BARNS WILL NOT BE LOCKED OR SECURED. Please also keep in mind, Thursday is London fireworks and Friday is a holiday. There will be patrons from outside of the fair frequenting the fairgrounds due to festivities going on throughout the holiday. Please also be respectful of other exhibitors when you move into a space. If we need to move people due to lack of space, the livestock committee reserves this right in order to accommodate all exhibitors.

ALL NON-SELLING LARGE ANIMALS (DAIRY, BEEF, SHEEP, GOATS) MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE BARNS BETWEEN 6 PM AND 9 PM!
**No animal may be removed prior to Saturday, July 12 @ 6 PM and any animal left in the barn past 9 PM does so at the risk of being loaded on the packer truck.
All barns will be closed to the public at 9 PM!
ALL NON-SELLING SMALL ANIMALS (POULTRY, RABBITS, AND SMALL ANIMALS) MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE BARNS BETWEEN 9 PM AND 11 PM!
**No animal may be removed prior to 9 PM-11 PM to Saturday, July 12 @ 9 PM and any animal left in the barn past 11 PM does so at the risk of being loaded on the packer truck.
