The Coughlin Automotive Community Center is a newly-built facility providing a whopping 6000 square feet of space for your gathering. Fully heated, fully air-conditioned, the community center has modern, updated restroom facilities with handicap-accessible capabilities.

The Della Selsor is an updated relic, remodeled in 2014, and features an 80’ X 70’ Great Room large enough to fit 250 guests comfortably. With its polished concrete floor, this gorgeous room creates the perfect ambiance for your event, be it an intimate gathering of wedding guests, or a birthday bash soirée. The Della Selsor Building has updated restroom facilities with handicap-accessible capabilities and provides both heating and air-conditioning, depending on your needs.
There’s a NEWLY REMODELED kitchen area available, but no appliances, which would need to be provided by the renter. Tables and chairs are available, and a 9’ X 14’ overhead access door in the front of the building allows easy access for larger items.

The Bill and Tootie Green Multi-Purpose Building is a chic, 60’ X 160’ facility, with a textured concrete floor, adding both character and charm. It features 11’ X 11’ and 11’ X 15’ overhead access doors, so larger items such as props or oversized tables are no problem. Livestock pens are available, making this a great building to host a livestock event, livestock showing, or any other showcase. Restroom facilities are available on site.

The FFA Building is a great venue for hosting fairs, 4-H gatherings, or small auction events. Watch the kids giggle with delight at the small animals, or setup the perfect display inside the FFA Building. Join in on all the fun and excitement this venue has to offer!

The Commercial Building features a massive 80’ X 40’ room with a solid and beautiful concrete floor. It has a 12’ X 12’ overhead access door, making moving items inside a breeze. This venue is perfect for Trade Shows, Home Shows, and any other indoor event where plenty of guests will show up to mingle.

This newly-built, 9,000-square-foot arena is large enough for any 4-H or livestock event you throw at it – it’ll even fit a circus. The bleachers comfortably seat 400, giving your audience room to enjoy the show. We’ve had the pleasure of hosting estate and farm equipment auctions, livestock shows, Ohio State Trappers Association, The Safety Expo, and several state and regional livestock events in this venue. The Eby Youth Arena offers movable fencing, a sound system, as well as contemporary restrooms that are wheelchair accessible.

Beck’s Hybrids Youth Barn was built in 2015, and is the perfect venue for whatever task you have in mind. Its wide open area allows for maximum pen-space, and works well for animal shows, auctions, or as a social rental space. Typically, Beck’s Hybrid Youth Barn hosts over ten animal sales, and six hog and cattle shows per year. It also works well for sheep and goats if needed.

Perfect for your big shoe or a rodeo, the Horse Show Arena was resurfaced in 2014, and in 2017, was covered. The Horse Show Arena features an announcer’s stand, as well as an open barn with stalls which are available for rental. This venue offers special rates for 4-H clubs.
